If your Michaels.com purchase does not meet your satisfaction, you may return it within two months (60 days) of purchase, except for online-only costumes and accessory kits, which must be returned 7 days prior to the holiday. To return an item (excluding sample products), the item must be new, unused and in its original packaging. You may return the item to a Michaels store, by mail or online. If you wish to return it by mail or online, you may start your return in your Order History page. On the desired order, click on “View Details”. Then, select the Return button under the “Need Help?” box.
